Return Policy
Summer Duck stands 100% behind our products. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, return for full refund.
Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
3 Simple Steps:
1. To start a return, please email us at support@summerduck.com with your return request (Order Number and Reason for Return).
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, we will send your refund to you. Easy Enough, Right?
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@summerduck.com.
Please make sure your returned items are in new condition with original tags.
Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
